Order Processing Time: All orders will be inspected, packed, and processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation. Processing does not include weekends, UK bank holidays, and non-working days.
Delivery Time: Standard UK mainland delivery takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 working days for delivery.
Shipping Fees: All shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout page before payment, with no hidden charges.
Delivery Responsibility: Customers shall provide accurate and complete delivery addresses and contact information. We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost parcels, or return failures caused by incorrect customer information. After the parcel is handed over to the official courier, the transportation risk shall be transferred to the customer.
